We are looking for a highly competent and motivated Business or Operations Graduate to be part of a high-performance team joining our 2-year Graduate Programme and who is flexible and open to relocation if required. You will be a key part of our Lifecycle Services Division initially based at our sites in Tennessee and then moved to our sites in Illinois.
In this role you will be exposed to and will participate fully in a broad range of activities to provide real business experience, quantifiable business benefits and the opportunity for a challenging and rewarding career within Sims Limited, and more specifically within the Lifecycle Services Division. At the end of the 24-month programme, you will be fully equipped to take on their first permanent role within the Division with a host of opportunities across several functions.
Your personal and professional development will be supported by the Discovery Aspiring Leaders programme providing you with a blended approach to learning through experiential workshops, online learning forums and an experienced coach.
Following an initial induction period, you will follow a uniquely tailored, but structured program incorporating a series of rotations establishing yourself in key departments, developing a strong understanding of its need within the business and complete a study/project to demonstrate your new knowledge.
Closely supported by your assigned Mentor and Coach, you will be involved in hands on learning and complete a number of rotations and be exposed to a number of roles, projects and sites including the following:

At the 21-month mark, you will have a full review with your manager to discuss your ongoing potential future and transition into a full-time position at Sims after the completion of your 2-year graduate program.
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate to join our team. We are particularly looking for graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mechatronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience, who are practical and data oriented. To be successful you will:

We are excited to be recruiting for x2 new Technical Sales Engineers to join our UK Sales team. Field based, our Technical Sales Engineers are consultative sales professionals who sell maintenance service contracts and furnace equipment with an average order value between £1,000 – £250,000. Eventually working towards KPI’s, our Sales Engineers will split their role 50% new business focused and 50% existing account management. This is a Technical Consultative role in which you will build a rapport and relationship with the customer
We are looking to recruit a Graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. A people person with good communication skills – Verbal and written. This is an experiential programme that offers an industry recognised qualification at the end.
