The Essentra Future Leaders Programme is designed to attract, train, and retain talent through a structured 3-year programme. It has been developed to provide participants with the knowledge, tools, and support to be successful within Essentra, allowing them to have the opportunity to progress within the organisation.
The successful candidate for this exciting, key role will be part of the Global HR team and will move through the different specialist HR functions, undertaking duties that are designed to ensure the individual gains a broad and varied HR knowledge and can put knowledge into operational practice. The role will rotate through different teams and responsibilities will be assigned for each rotation. Rotational management will be with the assigned manager, with overall placement being managed by the Group HR lead.
