Role: Graduate Technical Sales Programme

Interfood Technology Specialises in Food Processing machinery for preparation, cooking, slicing, packaging and other equipment solutions for meat, poultry, fish, cheese, plant-based and more.
We are excited to be recruiting for x2 new Sales Professionals to join our successful UK Sales Team.
Joining in the role of Sales Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Divisional Manager with supplier relationships and will be focussed on ensuring they are maintained and improved.
You will be the intermediary for the customer, Interfood Group, and the supplier, you must strive to deliver the customer centric influence to all internal departments throughout the entire relationship.
As the external ‘face’ of the company, you must ensure our ‘best in class’ service is offered from you and our company, provide customers and suppliers with all relevant information and assistance they need to achieve a commercially viable business relationship with the Interfood Group. 75% of the customers you will manage will be existing clients ordering new food processing machines, replacing old food processing machines or upgrading machines. 25% of customers will be new clients who are perhaps operating in new markets such as Vegan or Gluten free food production.
For the first 15 weeks of your role, we will provide you with serviced accommodation close to our office in Haddenham for your induction training. You will then be field based across the UK (Hotels paid for) to undergo a further 14 weeks of training learning the divisions. Another 25 weeks of training will follow with CRM Project work and Key Account Familiarisation again close to the office in Serviced Accommodation.
When you are fully trained and operating field-based we would ideally like our Sales Managers to be based in the Midlands or Up towards Manchester although this isn’t essential. We will then progress you with a further 12 months sales training programme to teach you all the fundamentals of selling. The goal is for you to be promoted into a Divisional Manager within the first few years of joining the business. All training is delivered on the job, experiential, and classroom.
