That’s where Discovery’s Graduate Academy comes in.
Our academy is designed to support you, as a high-potential graduate, in making the transition from ‘student to suit’. As well as on-the-job technical training, we’ve also created a two-year development programme to accelerate your soft skills, leadership capability and commercial acumen.
The programme also gives you the freedom to decide which area of the business you would like to specialise in, with the opportunity to undertake further professional development in this area.
With tonnes of internal support available, as well as assistance from external experts, you’ll have the opportunity to hit the ground running, take on real responsibility and make a genuine difference in our business from day one.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will work closely with our sales team, operations team and clients to boost the success of live projects as well as supporting and progressing the sign-off of new ones.
You will need to be a real people person who is able to build and sustain long-term relationships – some of our clients have worked with us for over 13 years! Having an open, honest and collaborative relationship with our clients, you will be the day-to-day contact for large scale projects across both recruitment and training.
Alongside making sure our clients’ expectations are exceeded for the duration of the project, you will also use the insights you gain from clients to help devise innovative solutions that will solve our clients’ challenges. If you are strategic, commercially aware and have a good attention to detail, you will thrive in this role!
We’re passionate about developing people to reach their full potential. Throughout the duration of the 24-month programme, you will be provided with on-the-job technical training from our in-house experts. Alongside this, you will attend our Aspiring Leaders Programme; a fun, challenging and hands-on programme that will develop your soft skills, leadership capability and business-critical knowledge.
You will also be enrolled on a Building Commercial Acumen training programme. Commerciality is at the heart of every role within Discovery, so we will help you to boost your understanding of what it means for your role, Discovery and our clients.
Upon completion of the formalised 24-month programme, you will be given the option of undertaking further professional development in your specialist area. This could include undertaking courses through industry-recognised bodies such as the APS or ISM.
We’re looking for high-potential candidates who have recently graduated (in the last few years). We’re very open to degree disciplines as we’re more interested in understanding what every individual has to offer in the role.
